When is reception open?
We are open daily from 9:00am to 6:30pm
What time is check-in and checkout?
Standard check-in is at 2pm, and checkout is 10am. Requests may be made at time of booking for late departure or early arrival depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?
Charlestown Executive Apartments upholds a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Should a guest cancel a booking within 72 hours of arrival, the guest will forfeit 100% of first night's accommodation.
Prior to this 72 hours, the deposit will be refunded.
Is a bond required?
Yes, we take a major credit card pre-authorisation on check-in for an amount up to $500
No cash is accepted.

What is a pre-authorisation?
A credit card preauthorisation is a temporary hold of funds that can last up to 7 -10 days.
These funds are frozen within your account. This will show as a pending transaction until completion or release.
What security do you have on site?
We have round the clock CCTV cameras on the property as well as the Manager on call throughout the night for any problems or required assistance.
Do you have car parking available?
We provide secure undercover car parking within secure locked gates. Each unit has one allocated space. There is also free street parking if you have more than one vehicle.
Is there Wi-Fi?
We have free Wi-Fi with a generous daily limit. There is an option to purchase more data if need be.
How often are the apartments serviced?
Our apartments are serviced weekly. We can service the apartment more frequently at your own expense, please contact reception for more information. Replacement fresh towels are available by placing used towels in basket located in bathroom, and place outside unit front door.
Do we have to bring linen?
No, all of our units are fully self-contained.
