A deposit equal to the first night's tariff will be charged to the guest’s credit card upon booking (a credit card is essential for booking via the internet). The balance of accommodation charges will be processed upon check-in.

Credit card and ID will be required at check in for all guests. We will process a bond pre-authorisation for up to $500 and bond is kept in the event of damage, noise complaints, parties, etc..

Express check-ins are available for guests who will be checking-in out of business hours. An SMS will be sent to the guest’s mobile telephone advising the location of the access ‘Electronic Card Key’ and directions regarding car parking and unit location.

Charlestown Executive Apartments upholds a 72-hour cancellation policy.

Should a guest cancel a booking within 72 hours of arrival, he/she will forfeit 100% of the first night's tariff.

If reception is given adequate notification of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded to the guests specified credit card.

Credit Card and Payment Policies

Credit Cards are required for all bookings - we do not accept cash at this property. We always need a valid credit card to hold a booking. Credit card and ID must be presented upon arrival.

A bond will be taken upon arrival in the form of credit card pre-authorisation for an amount up to $500. Amount varies depending on holidays, weekends, weekdays or special events. This amount is held for the duration of the stay. Credit card pre-authorisations may take up to two weeks to be released by your bank, so please plan for this when booking!

Bond may be kept if the unit is left damaged or unusually untidy/dirty. Bond will be kept if complaints are made by neighbors or other guests about loud noise/loud voices at night/partying/any disturbance to others and if Manager is called to quell a disturbance of any sort after hours.

We do not process charges to third party credit cards without written authorisation from the card holder.

No-Party Policy

Out of consideration for all guests, we confirm that Charlestown Executive Apartments enforces a no-party policy.

To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, Charlestown Executive Apartments upholds a strict zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, using bad or profane language, using illegal drugs, being drunk or disorderly, having a party or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests will be evicted immediately.

The police may be contacted and guests will be financially liable for any damage caused. Guests who are displaying drunk, disorderly and generally aggressive behaviour towards other guests or neighbours will also face immediate eviction without warning.

If a guest is found to have breached the policy, no refund will be given. The guest will also be automatically black-listed from Charlestown Executive Apartments and other affiliated motel establishments for any future reservation.

Illegal activities of any kind are not permitted. The operation of any business from the property is strictly prohibited. The property is to be used for residential purposes only.
